I'm going through the hardest time of my life right now. a year ago my life fell apart. It started when my mom passed away from COVID, then my dog that was my only friend for 7 years had an aneurysm and attacked me. my best friend shot him to save my life, then my dad passed away from cancer. that was all in a time of about 6 months. my teeth started getting bad about 5 years ago and they have really bothered me recently. I feel ugly and to ashamed to smile or meet new people. I finally had the money to get my teeth fixed and I went to the dentist and they wouldn't do the procedure because my blood pressure was 210/154. I was crushed!!!! I went again a year later and it was 210/138. crushed again. I don't have insurance. I have to find a natural way to bring my blood pressure to a safe number. I'm under a lot of stress and I don't know how much that has an effect on it.

The natural cure for high blood pressure is the combination of Potassium and Magnesium when the Salt/Sodium, Cholesterol and blood sugar is high in our bodies. Usually what can cause High Blood Pressure physically is high Salt/Sodium, High Cholesterol, High Blood Sugar and mentally is Stress/Depression. We hear from doctors that our Potassium is high, well the potassium help lower the high blood pressure naturally also with the help of Magnesium. We just need to add the food that has them in it into our bodies example: natural coconut water, any green veggies Celery, Spinach, Kale, cucumber, lime or lemon, ginger, half of green apple make it into a powerful juice and drink it twice a day of a 250 ml cup. If you ate to much Salty food well now you need to balance it with potassium and magnesium so your blood pressure wouldn't get out of control.

A Latino Doctor name Frank Suarez has helped so many people sharing natural cures for our bodies issues to the point that he was murdered last year 2021 on February 25 thrown from his 9th story apartment in Puerto Rico. Hi DogMom974 and Everyone ❤️🙏. Not a doctor. I have and I am trying this tip and is working out for me. I do (hot) water therapy: I heat up one bottle of 16.9 ounce of water to a temperature where is like drinking hot tea/coffee/soup. It helps to sweat or pee or poop out any grease/oils/fats that you may have in the veins/body helping you loose weight. Plain hot water with no ingredients. Now I drink it about 3 to 4 hours before going to sleep, it helps me during bedtime to relax. Some people prefer to do it in the day. Since my hospitalization on August 17th, 2022 due to my discovery of my Blood pressure was high as of 260/127 and where I weighted 227 pounds with in my 5 weeks of drinking hot water therapy I have loss -19 pounds to 208 pounds till today October 1st, 2022. And once a day I drink Warm Garlic Tea: I smashed 4 garlic cloves, I let it sit for about 7 to 10 minutes to help activate the compound Allicin, then pour warm water to a cup, mix it and drink/eat the garlic and enjoy the day.

The vicious cycle with BP is the more you stress it the higher it stays. I've found a combination of stress management, nutrition, and regular exercise helps. I know stuff we know but can't implement. Stress reduction is as simple as taking 5 mins to recall 10 good things in the day. Regardless of how small. Then as you get better at it starting a journal and rereading it from time to time also helps. Nutrition foods like garlic tumeric onions cauliflower and broccoli all lower bp. You can take them in supplement form but natural foods are best. Find ways to consume these in most meals. Exercise is as simple as 2 10 mins walks a day. Keep in mind these are all just beginning steps to change our habits but they do help stabilize your BP. As a former mental health counselor, I'd also suggest going to a mental health clinic for your recent traumas. There are programs for people who do not have insurance. I hope this helps. I pray life improves for you

That's awful, I'm really sorry al that's happened 😞. Any moment of de-stressing you can muster is a little bit helpful. I have lots of small bite-size things I do and they add up, but yeah, I have also been rejected for high BP at a time I needed something and it was so deflating. I'm sorry.
