Researching your diagnoses, and learning their symptoms and signs. Learn what you have front to back.
Itll help you build better coping skills or learn new coping skills thst you didn't know about.
Take everyday as a new day and try your hardest to cope.
Mind over matter.
I do alot of deep breathing meditation.
Listening to music.
Talk therapy with myself "why am I feeling like this" "is there a valid reason why I'm feeling like this", "am I having an episode or is something truly wrong right now"
