I would love to hear some weight loss tips from all of you wonderful people. I am currently at my all-time heaviest (265 at 5'3") and I feel like my ADHD makes losing weight very difficult for me. I'll start doing CICO and generally just eating less, and it will go well for a few days, maybe a week, and then I'll just straight up forget. I find myself autonomously meandering to the pantry and getting snacks just to occupy myself. I have a really bad relationship with food because of my upbringing (very much a "clean your plate no matter what, wasting food is a sin, food is a precious commodity" household, as well as a "using food as a reward" household) and I don't know how to unlearn that kind of thinking

I see that you take Wellbutrin like me. My old med provider turned me on to the fact that taking low dose Naltrexone and Wellbutrin together causes appetite suppression. I lost over 40 lbs. after I started taking it. It curbed my appetite and calmed my cravings. My portion control got way better, too. Maybe talk to your med provider about it. I also don't bring junk food and snacks into the house, only treating myself to them occasionally when I'm out and about. I'm way less likely to binge on unhealthy food if I'm out in public. I also try to drink water when I feel like eating. If you'd like to talk about this more, feel free to DM me. I wish you all the best on your journey.šŸ˜
