    Before it happens I drink a lot of water, like a gallon. That always fills me up or going on a long drive till the hunger goes away. Eating low calorie high protein foods is the best to binge on because it fills you up but it’s good for you. Sweet potatoes are a good food to binge because it’s basically impossible to gain weight eating them. And afterward I usually do a water fast if I ate a lot.
