How do you stay happy when you feel like you can't eat anything?

I used to feel that way, so I understand the struggle. But, I would like to live a longer life filled with the love of my husband, adopted daughters, two dogs, and a spoiled cat than eat things that make me unhealthy and shorten my life.

My faith and my church family being huge supporters is what keeps me motivated and not feeling down

I used to think the same thing for 6 weeks I cleaned out my covers and never cheated and ate everything like I was supposed to. Then I slowly added items that were only if he list that had some sugar in him

@Penny929 I do my best to eat low carb, low sugar diet & it just still feeks limiting. Especially in a world were restaurants, bars, birthday parties, are sugar/salt loaded which makes me sad and think can I go anywhere/ eat anything. I do try to stay positive regardless it just certain days I want cake! Lol
