Feeling Overwhelmed and Struggling to Think Straight

trying to figure out what specifically this one emotion is. somewhere between anxious and sad and stressed? my muscles feel tense and theres pressure behind my eyes, and i get irritable with every little thing. focusing is also more difficult

you ever just feel overwhelmed? it's almost like all of a sudden, from one moment i am fine, the next moment you hear one thing and your skin feels like it's on fire, your heart starts going crazy, and you feel like you're going to cry? it makes me want to just press the off button. because i am feeling incredibly frustrated with it and i really have no one to talk to. have any tips?

I hate feeling like my life is falling apart. It feels like i have too many things to hold so something is always being dropped and forgotten. I feel like a failure of an adult and a person and just want control over my life and hate knowing im the only thing in the way of that.
