I feel like my pain never goes away. I need a reason to keep going. I don't know how to stand it anymore. Every little thing seems to trigger me, And I'm in a spot where I can't seek Therapy or Counseling. But I can't cope. I can't see a reason to keep going.

      i think whenever i feel this way, a change of environment always helps to ground myself and see that the world is bigger than my fleeting thoughts or emotions. please know that it’s not your fault you feel this way— so many people like us struggle with BPD and it magnifies every single emotion or event which SUCKS but it’s also not the end of the world my friend! it’s never too late to talk to someone or maybe go see a movie, sit by the water with a friend or on a quick roadtrip and look beyond your typical environment. we’re all tiny freaking ants on a floating rock and that always seems to comfort me at times lmao!

      i know it’s really hard for you right now but i promise there will be good parts of your life ahead. Im not much of an optimist but i believe in you that you can make it :) I know i sound like every person ever but sometimes journaling can take the place of seeing someone professionally at least for the time being. As for the triggers, at least for me if o can’t avoid it i just pretend it’s something else or that whatever is making me upset about it is different. Sometimes even setting like 20 seconds to think of literally anything else to calm you down is beneficial. but stay strong! <3
