Mom Kicks Me Out for Being Physically Unable to Walk Faster

My mother didn’t believe my illness was real. She thought I was “exaggerating” until the day she died. I know it hurts that the person who gave birth to you lacks empathy and compassion when you need her. Understand that’s her problem. You can seek out support elsewhere. Support groups, treatment centers, MS society, for emotional support. Ride share or medical transport to your appointments, etc.

I understand because I have MS. I don't know how to make someone understand and what you go through. So sorry.
