my motivation, i have none. all i do is sleep, eat, smoke, and sit there bored of my mind and everything is slightly falling apart in my head.

      If you like to watch TV or movies and can do that...try watching an opposite emotion type of show. Such as if sad, watch a comedy. If calm, watch a thriller. I also recently found an app I like called Finch which makes it easier to do simple things like remember to just breathe, celebrate getting out of bed at all, etc. (I hope I'm allowed to say the name of the app that's helping me.)
