i have epilepsy that is located mainly in the frontal lobe but also a little bit in the temporal lobe. the epilepsy is what I've been diagnosed with years ago (and still going on) but my psychiatrist thinks that a lot of the symptoms i have currently, when an episode occurs, sounds more like a migraine attack instead of a seizure. I'm beginning to (off and on) use two apps called Epsy, which focuses mostly on epilepsy and seizures, and the second one is called Migraine Buddy, which focuses mainly on migraines. have any of you experienced something similar and found one app to be better than the other?

What is migraine buddy like? I am not sure if my weird migraine symptoms are migraines, seizures or mix of both. So I need an easy way to keep track of the information at the time it's happening because I sometimes forget or am completely confused afterwards.

I like epsy, I use that for obvious reasons to remind me and to record my auras and seizures
