Hi there, I started taking a low dose sertraline about a month and a half ago. I was prescribed this to help me get through the waiting period before I find a psychiatrist that will take me. I really like how confident it makes me with my anxiety, and it even helps me feel capable of doing some stuff throughout the day, which is huge. But I have super intense dreams now, sometimes to the point that I don't know if I'm awake or not. Is this common, and is it something I should switch meds for? I do like the medicine otherwise.

@ Chiara Okay, I understand how that can be. I hope they try an alternative and help you out. I'm taking a 100 MG dose of sertraline. I just hope they try the Prazosin.

@ rosie_135 I did try before the weekend to reach my doctor, but they only got back to me today. They think they'll try prazosin to hopefully help. I have so much going on in my head, I'm not quite sure what even is a problem anymore.

To be honest, I've had weird dreams while I take Sertraline. I would always get tired, drowsy, and fall asleep throughout the day. I'm a quiet and shy person, but once I started taking sertraline for my anxiety/depression, I've started to talk a bit more. Have you talked to your doctor about how you've been feeling?
