lately I've been having very bad anxiety attacks that don't seem to be triggered by anything. This is the first time in my life that they ever been this bad. Has anyone else gone through something like this?

Oh yes definitely, it’s normal for people with anxiety disorder to go through something like this. The way I got through it was just finding the best calming techniques for me and reminding myself that it wouldn’t last forever and it’s going to be ok. If it goes on for too long though or becomes more severe, i would recommend seeking help through a therapist or medication!

Definitely have those days. Mostly the reason I get so anxious is bc my brain sees that my life is going pretty good without many problems then begins to worry that something bad may come up bc things are suspiciously too good. I have this app called Finch and it really helps me, and the best part is it offers so much that u don't have to pay for. I suggest using the calming methods on there

Yes I get them at night sometimes. They are not fun. But I found out the less anxiety I feel that day the less likely it will happen!

@Ashby Usually I would use the technics like that and make the a attack last less time or make it more barrable, but these have been different. I hyperventilate and almost pass out, uncomfortably shake and cry, I loss control of my leg movement and I've been told it looks like a seizure. I've talk about it in therapy and even went to a specialist for a while. We can't figure out what's wrong and how to help it. I've had anxiety for a long time, but it's never been like this before.
