I can sympathize. I too think I have PCOS but I need a ultrasound. I had a period for over a month. What I recommended is talk to your OBGYN about going on birth control. It's somewhat helped me. š
I'm seeing her to SWITCH my birth control, the kind I switched to is when I started feeling pain so I'm going back to what I was on before to hopefully control it
