I don't know how to handle the unpredictably of hyperPOTs. High blood pressure, low blood pressure, fainting. :(

I also deal with hyperadrenergic POTS. It can be so overwhelming not to mention exhausting. Have you found anything that helps you such as meds, IV hydration, etc.?
