hey can someone give me some words of motivation and advice? I'm going to work very very anxious, not being able to eat anything, all because my closest friend blocked me last night because I had an anxiety attack and asked them to distract me. that's literally it and they blocked me. Any advice and motivation ot get through the day without freaking out would be amazing. thank you.

      I recently lost my closest friend like 6 months ago. He pulled something similar to this, and it took me a while but I'm starting to realize I'm better off without him. He was toxic, and if someone just blocks you with no explanation- they're probably toxic. Just know that despite how hard it is, you will make it. You will be okay. You can heal and grow from the situation. No matter what happens, everything will be okay.

        @morty I can't help but feel like all the good memories we had were wasted, and that I did something wrong it's rly hard not to blame myself even though I know I did nothing

      I like to sniff peppermint oil it soothes my anxiety or prayers help, to know that god is literally our savior and won’t block us when we need him❤️❤️❤️ we’ll get through this❤️❤️❤️
