I was going through my chart when creatythis app and noticed that a diagnosis for bipolar disorder was on my chart. My doctor never discussed that diagnosis nor did he ever mention me being on a medication for it.. Now he's left the practice and I have a different doctor, so I'll talk with her. I was diagnosed with mood disorder and general anxiety disorder and I'm on medication for both. Just out of curiosity, is mood disorders similar to bipolar disorder?
