So.. I am a person who. loves food. and lately I haven't been eating hardly anything maybe like 1 meal per day and sometimes not even that and I don't know why it is happening.. I just want to feel like I can do it but with out eating I have no motivation I have no desire to do anything I just need ideas on how I should handle this bc I have lost a lot of weight..
