Constant Teeth Grinding and Pain - Seeking Advice

Yep! sometimes it even intensifies my pain. Lately I’ve been trying to catch myself tensing and grinding that I’ve started to stop everything and started to try and just relax my face. (fibromyalgia thing) the only thing is my body doesn’t even know how to relax so it’s an endless cycle, but I’m still trying. I hope to conquer in the near future. I always thought it was stress related but it’s definitely fibromyalgia related!

I do! I grind my teeth at night and sometimes even during day, if I'm focused on something.

I sometimes grind my teeth in my sleep. I bought a tooth protector for it but I never use it 😣. And yes I have pain everywhere, usually my joints

Do you have TMJ? Those are symptoms of that.

I’ve been told I have a problem of grinding my teeth in my sleep/ when I’m dissociating I have teeth pain sometimes but I also have a past not taking care of my teeth which I’m trying to change
