    I’ve been told I have a problem of grinding my teeth in my sleep/ when I’m dissociating I have teeth pain sometimes but I also have a past not taking care of my teeth which I’m trying to change

    I sometimes grind my teeth in my sleep. I bought a tooth protector for it but I never use it 😣. And yes I have pain everywhere, usually my joints
