This one time I got so stressed I was hysterical almost as if I was going insane. I kept pacing back and forth-back and forth-back and forth while laughing, crying, and talking to myself. Every step I took felt like I was getting pulled into the ground. Everything was so loud and my whole room was spining, I couldnt stand right. I had a terrible headache. My heartrate had to be over 200 bpm since my heart rate usually reaches 170 and I only have a slight headache. After a while of pacing I laid down on my bed and cried for a couple hours. I eventually got up and went downstairs to great my friends (we lived in the same apartment). I was so jumpy, if they moved a bit I would flinch. I was scared out of my mind. The whole next week I could barely move. It was hard to pick myself up or even walk. I felt like I weighed like 500 pounds all of a sudden. I was so lightheaded and dizzy. I couldnt tell anyone though because of the reason I was stressed. so yea.. do you know what happened or if thats a normal reaction to high stress levels??

That sounds a little more like a PTSD/trauma reaction is it possible the stressor was traumatic to you? I believe its still possible to have such a severe reaction due to anxiety but if it stands out against your other anxiety symptoms it may be something else

@XxAshxX then yeah its entirely possible that it was a trauma related. Hopefully it's not reoccurring
