I just came here because I've been having a hard time coping with loss, and thought maybe helping others through similar trying times could also help me. But, it is interesting to see how in this world where is supposedly so much easier for everyone to reach out and connect, we seem to have less connection to each other than we ever have. Maybe interesting isn't the right word...

I joined because, like Trench, I wanted to help people who are going through things I've already gone through, but also to find others who share the same disabilities as myself so I could talk to people who understand what I'm going through. The world can be a lonely place when nobody understands you.
