You may want to do another round or two of botox. While some people find it helpful first dose, it can take up to a year to fully feel the impact. For me botox took an almost constant 4 down to an almost constant 2. Nurtec gave me my first headache free days in 2 years. Aimovig helped, but not as much as hoped, and I am now trying emgality.

My doctor offered me Botox after the normal treatment didn’t work so well. Eventually I chose to take vypeti which was my doctor’s second choice.

I take Aimovig injections monthly and Nurtec ODT for a rescue pill as needed, and it helps me a great deal

Do you see a primary care doctor for your migraines or a neurologist? Maybe you need a different treatment. Like queen859 said, everyone is different
