Feeling Alone and Overwhelmed

I always feel like its me against the world, nothing is going my way, I have a job but it pays little, I have family but very opinionated, I have one friend she wanted to hang out one weekend but I had to tell her I was busy, today I told my mom which friend wanted to hang out that weekend and she was like who?, I feel I need to talk to a professional and my friend told me I shoud and gave me a link to somewhere but my mom also shrugged that off too because she wants me to tell her everything or find somewhere herself . there's probably something I'm missing.
