Struggling with Medications and Mental Health

I dont really know how to go about this... this is my first question on this ... I don't know what's going on anymore I've dealt with bipolar 2 , adhd and fibermyolga for a long time now , but from all the medications I just feel that better is getting further away , lately I find myself Unpreductive , sparatic , and with the feeling that I have loosing my cognitive wellbeing, my memory is horrible now and I feel like I can never focus and it's getting unbearable , I find that I can't find the words when I talk anymore and i just get frustrated i have no clue what do to or where to start , for now tho I'm on Prozac 20mg , monlukast ritalin and metformin , although I could concentrate better for a few days after starting I cant anymore and I feel like it's just been a viscous cycle . . .
