I try to excuse myself politely and leave the situation. If I can not leave I’ve also had to spend a few minutes in a quiet place to try and breathe through it. I’ve hidden in the bathroom before for a few minutes.
Gud advise I think going to a quiet place always helps
I hope use music quiet place and darkness but hey I am retired so I can get away any time I like also my dogs help a lot
I have lost my dad, mom, and husband in the last 16 months some days I just have to cry and other days I do ok I have 3 dogs that get me out of bed in the morning
