      My relationships were always bad around my period. I always made mistakes around tht time and then I regretted it. I need to be medicated :(

      Yes I definitely have more anxiety around that time. I feel more paranoid and I feel like I can't control my thoughts.

      Yesss, All this week I've had flare ups so much in my OCD where it would end in me just not wanting to even get out of bed in fear I would get stuck on a compulsion.

      Absolutely, I attribute mine to pmdd. Not all increased mental health issues are a “normal” part of having a period, so it can be helpful to monitor your mental symptoms to see when they are at their worst. It could indicate pmdd

        @RixtonPM okay. I though I was making it up or something. I am glad to know it is normal. I feel like I am normal one week and then another I start to spiril.
