Feel so bad for my bf. I had a bad PTSD attack yesterday. Even part where he is someone who speaks and moves hands as he speaks, and he is trying to speak to me and moves his hand and I flinched bad and he asked why I flinched. I feel so bad...

      I’ve done this before. I had it a few days ago where I had gotten into a bit of a mess, and had completely dissociated into flashback and my friend put her hand on my arm to check if I was okay. I literally jumped out of the chair, and in the process scared the sh*t out of her. I felt so bad. It’s really hard, but after I told her what happened and why I reacted like that she was so understanding.

        @Mouse12144 yes, he knows I'm completely mess up and it makes it hard in him and I feel so bad...I go to therapy to try and help myself and be a better person because my bf doesnt deserve this.
