Does he make you feel bad for your attacks?

I’ve done this before. I had it a few days ago where I had gotten into a bit of a mess, and had completely dissociated into flashback and my friend put her hand on my arm to check if I was okay. I literally jumped out of the chair, and in the process scared the sh*t out of her. I felt so bad. It’s really hard, but after I told her what happened and why I reacted like that she was so understanding.

Does he know you have ptsd ?
@Mouse12144 yes, he knows I'm completely mess up and it makes it hard in him and I feel so bad...I go to therapy to try and help myself and be a better person because my bf doesnt deserve this.
@Alyh I understand that feeling. Just remember, you did not do this to yourself. You had no choice in the trauma. Big hugs.
