I far as I can remember, I was born without the ability to sweat. I live in a dry heat desert, making it difficult to hold any job without constantly overheating, so I have been researching how to regulate internal body temperature. The most I have uncovered is to cool your head and feet first, and that consuming aloe Vera juice/gel will help lower internal temperature. Anyone know other ways to beat the heat without sweating?

I can relate! I was fired from a job for getting heat stroke, because I was "unable to perform job duties". I use cooling towels, which make a major difference. You can easily find them on Amazon or sports stores. Having a spray bottle with you and keeping your skin damp is a game changer as well! There are also "cooling vests" available for under or over clothes, but I haven't invested in one. If you can, move away from the dry heat desert. I turned down dream colleges due to their locations, and I don't regret it. Because of how frequently I suffer from heat stroke, I don't tend to take it as seriously as I should, but it's important to remember that it can become fatal quickly. Always be safe! Good luck out there <3
