Hey, I know how hard it can get where you barely feel like you're keeping your head above water but you're here and that's so amazing. It can be difficult to see that even though you're surrounded by water, there is always floats, boats, plans and land near by. It's just hard to see right now but they're there and you'll make it. Being here is a good step, we're mostly all here for the support so, let's support each other!
