Feeling Terrible All the Time

I have those days. I’ve just learned to roll with the punches of depression.

Especially recently? Yes, absolutely. It's miserable. I have to really focus on the little things I care about to keep going. My cats, my partner, even just the video games and tv shows I'm enjoying right now. They all make it worth it, even if it doesn't always feel that way.

I honestly hate having to get up and be conscious for the day
