Struggling with Emotional Pain

If you can, please throw out what you are thinking of using or put it somewhere you won’t have access to it for a few days. Give it to your friend if you have someone that would take it. Or put it in a Tupperware with water and freeze it when you start getting the feeling so that way you have to thaw it and can’t just reach for it when things are bad.
