Call you call your doctor and tell them what's going on? Even if you can't go in to see them, they might be able to fix your dosage

I'm only on 150 I don't see my doc for another month :(

450 mlg is the highest dosage and it's what I take as well.

I've taken Wellbutrin for almost 2 years now and the only time Ive felt any "brain zaps" is when I ran out and had to go without my dosage for a few days. Maybe u could try going up? How long have u been taking it? Also I take the Wellbutrin extended release which releases the medicine into my body gradually threw out the day.
