I hate how my adhd meds keep me from eating. Does anyone have any suggestions of types of things I can take like vitamins or supplements that will help?

i have found that eating small protein filled snacks has been really helpful, like peanut butter and apple slices. also, protein shakes are helpful. i get the vega essentials powder and it actually tastes pretty good, and has all the things you need in a meal.

Eggs, especially boiled, are really high in nutrients and don't feel as filling. I'd suggest trying to find any gummy vitamins you can find, sweets are just as a good motivator as an adult as they are when you're a kid. Costco has really good peach vitamin D gummies, a lot of the rest of what I take are multi and iron vitamins targeted towards pregnant women? It seems to be the only adult demographic that gets targeted for gummies.

Lots of protein, mini protein bars, protein shakes, creatine powder, tiny foods like trail mix or fruit snacks. I find that beverages are easier for me to get down so I try to find beverages that have some nutritional/caloric density. Honestly though, the biggest help was when I started engaging in šŸƒ. I donā€™t even enjoy it, but it helps me eat.

@Telescopial i have actually considered trying šŸƒ to help. my state requires a med card though. do you know if i can actually get one for that?
