does anyone have any recommendations for noise canceling headphones? the world can be very loud/overwhelming and i don't think my usual hiding under the covers with a pillow over the ears method is working well anymore
I have "Anker Life Soundcore P3i" earbuds, and while they don't block it all out, it seems to do pretty well! Found them rather helpful at times since I can't hear the washer or air-con, but still know when someone's trying to get my attention.
I'm sure there's better sound canceling out there, but they fit the budget and also make over-the ear headphones that probably work a bit better.
