I have a condition that could very easily lead to my death. Currently in treatment but not far along enough to be in the safe zone. It’s been making me more depressed than normal and i’m getting reckless. It’s hard to have hope or even care when you know you could drop dead at any moment. Anyways. Anyone know how to cope with such a thing?😅

Something that helps me cope with situations along those lines / when I was dealing with loss and loss of hope was I very much drilled myself into a schedule to do at least 1 of my hobbies a day and to focus on it as much as humanly possible. Music art watching YouTubers I really enjoy writing and so on. I know it's not much but if you ever wanna reach out I'm down to listen 💕

What helped me cope was coming to the realization that everyone has one life. Yes, you could drop dead at any moment, which is why you gotta live it to the fullest during the time you've got. The truth is any one of us could drop dead at any moment from so many different ways. Unfortunately with a condition, its a daily reminder of how fragile the human life is.
