      @Hortense I used to be super needle phobic. I find it depends on where I am in my cycle, but there are times I don’t feel the needles at all! My practitioner moves fast and puts pressure on each spot with a finger first, and if I am nervous I make sure to exhale a lot. I have had some sessions where I have over 20 needles in! I haven’t had a ton in my face, but I get them on the top of my head and forehead/sinuses.

      How was it? I have a very rare neurological condition that some people use it for. I've been reluctant to try as it would require needles in my face.
