It’s so hard to start or change tasks sometimes. I hate how it feels like my brain is dulled in so many ways. Studying, making decisions, concentrating, so on. I’m a naturally clumsy person and the brain fog makes it worse. Almost all of my shirts are stained from dropping something on them. It’s hard to fight depression when it lowers my brain capacity to a fraction of what it was. Currently not sleeping when I should but I can’t control my impulses. I know I’m procrastinating on it cause it’s been hard to sleep recently and so sleep is associated with struggling and restlessness. Can barely keep my eyes open but I’m scrolling tiktok and writing this instead. Why is every little thing so hard 😫 also overtired myself this week and sleep is bad because of it… even though that’s when I most need rest
