I feel like I’m stuck in a cycle. Been having 2-3 panic attacks every week. Causes are either from flashbacks, suicidal thoughts, or nothing. Recently it’s been more difficult to keep myself stable. Anyone got advice or suggestions for preventing panic attacks? 😭 Thank you <3
