I am a bid confused. I struggle to loose weight as a principal but I felt that a proper low carb was helping me lots. My endocrinologist just changed my diet and put carbs back in my diet for every meal. I haven’t lost any weight and I am scared of getting it back. What should I do?

      Trust the process! Including carbs into each meal helps your body process the carbohydrates and helps with insulin function in insulin resistance (something that goes hand in hand with PCOS). Your body needs training, and it is doing just that. Play around with different carbs and see what feels best. Each body is different! Keeping a good journal will help you understand which foods work best for YOUR body!
