Have you managed to work through and get past your BPD symptoms? I keep relapsing into old habits every time I think I’m okay.

      Yes, I have "recovered" but it took a long time. DBT therapy helped a LOT.

          @LadyTavali true. I don't know. I'm new here. I'm very shy. From what I've read BPD gets better around the age of 40, at least for women. I have no idea what the static is for men. Nothing is coming to mind right now that would be off benefit to you I guess all I can say is, get back on the horse, keep trying
