What's the Difference Between hEDS and HSD?

HSD is like hEDS but without some of the physical traits unrelated to hypermobility (ie long arm span, MVP, arachnodactyl, dental crowding, etc.) The approach to treatment and the hypermobility symptoms are pretty much identical, though—there’s been a lot of discussion on whether to just merge them.
