Does anyone else go through moments were they think they're finally out of a manic episode and then a day will go by where you just yell at everyone and you dont eat or sleep and after you're just like "well that isn't normal"? Been going through one for about 3 weeks now and I keep thinking it's finally over just to get another bad day and realize it's not :/

Manic episodes for me always tend to feel good for me but bad for everyone around me. I mean deep in my brain I know something about my behavior is wrong but I feel you. I don’t really yell anymore personally myself, I used to a lot until I experienced total psychosis. After 2016 I mellowed out a lot after healing. I’m here if you want to talk more.
