    try writing it down. even if you dont share it with anyone it can be helpful just writing things out. you can keep the paper to compare later or destroy it. its kinda relieving to destroy it. like getting rid of those thoughts by putting it on paper and ripping it apart like "youre no longer part of me". idk but thats what ive found helpful if i cant talk verbally about them.
