      Personally Xanax was the most effective for me. I would take 0.5mg at the beginning of a panic attack and it would level me out without making me tired.

      Lorazepam helps. Long use of taking Xanax can effect your memory and brain function. But that’s over a long period of time of using it consistently

      Buspirone for something that isnt addictive. I take klonopin in a very low dose for acute attacks

      I tried Xanax and Clonazepam and for me personally the Xanax worked better. It made me quite sleepy though

      I was doing alright with Lorazepam and the other pams but they are in the same category as Xanax.
