Does anyone know of things to help the fatigue other than hydroxy (already on)?

Hydroxychloroquine

Sjogren's syndrome (SjS, SS)

Diffuse connective tissue disease

Naltrexone

Lethargy

Check out LDN (low dose naltrexone). There are Facebook groups with tens of thousands of members who swear by it for fatigue and autoimmune conditions. I have found it is significantly more helpful than hydroxychloroquine.

Hi! I take hidroxy but it doent seems to help anything with the fatigue, sorry 😞
