Anyone with hemeplygic migraines how do you deal with the constant headaches at night?

i get headaches everyday, when it’s not a migraine it’s a headache. paracetamol and ibuprofen really do help with me and the daily chronic headaches but sometimes you need more, i also use them cooling migraine strips for my nightly headaches sometimes but the smell makes me nauseous. let me know if you try anything and if it helps!

  @celestite thank you. It’s a new way of life I guess I just feel I’m taking tablets everyday now. The headaches are really getting me down. Onwards and upwards xx
