Had the same issue. My endo ditched my idea of adjusting long acting, but to pay more attention to carb ratio. Ex: I take 1unit/20 grams now. Insane. My long acting is still the same. The roller coaster sugars have stopped. Even took a lil too much short acting today and I was on the roller coaster. I think she might be right about the short acting vs my urge to lower my long acting
