I’ve been having a hard time with sleep, my mom had her wedding yesterday but I was so tired I just slept through it. Today was my mom’s birthday and I’ve slept all day, normally I’d sleep til 3pm or 12pm but I woke up at 8pm after going to bed at 3 am. I have school and work Monday but I’m afraid I won’t be able to fix my sleep schedule. Would anyone happen to have some advice?
