Hey Guys. So I’m struggling with symptoms but haven’t got much of a diagnosis as of yet. But I suffer with depression and suicidal ideation, High Anxiety and Panic, Depersonalisation/Derealisation, dissociation, Mood swings, hyper awareness and hyperfixating, Ruminating, Severe brain fog, Feels like I’m going crazy with thoughts and perceptions, Head pains. Any tips to help with this, or offer support would be greatly appreciated. I’m quite clued up with how things work such as diet, exercise, mindfulness, breathing etc. The only things that I’ve noticed help is wim Hof and cold water exposure. But sometimes it can do the opposite of help. Same with exercise, it’s pulled me out of a bad place but sometimes can be detrimental and exacerbate my depersonalisation and spaciness. Anyone have any silver bullets that have shown consistent aid to any of this that can become routine to improve things the more it’s done. And even some quick fixes. TIA people.
