Hi I’ve been experiencing knee pain, flare ups where my knee is incredibly inflamed and swollen, trapping of nerves, catching and subluxations. I have no clue what it could be at this point. It’s in my inner upper knee and spreads into my kneecap (swelling spreads) right now im going through the worst flare up ever and im living off of ice packs, propping it up, rest and ibuprofen. I can’t use an ice pack for a few days now bc I gave myself ice burn earlier
