Scared and Worried About My Ultrasound Results

Hi I don’t know how to start this but I’m gonna try. I had an Ultrasound scan due to my irregular periods. However when I rang the doctors this morning I was told that my case has been given from one doctor who referred and then it’s been given to another doctor who isn’t back at the surgery until the new year. I’m so scared and worried about my results as I don’t know what’s going to happen or what they’ve found. I don’t know if I’m overthinking this but when I was having the scan I looked at the lady who was doing my scan and I could see that she’d found something but again I don’t know if I’m overthinking this. I just want to help my body be healthier and to get better, but how can I if I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
